Our Founder
Ashley Moore
LCAM, CMCA,
Our founder has had her Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) license since 2013. She is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), a Notary Public and is a certified bookkeeper from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.
Born and raised in Palm Coast, Florida, she graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School, Daytona State with an Associate’s degree major in business management and accounting, and Bob Hogue School of Real Estate.
Her experience includes construction projects, accounting and property management. She has specific experience with Condominiums (Low and High Rise), Cooperatives, Time-Shares, Mobile Home Parks, Homeowner Associations, Master Associations, and more!

Accounting Support Team

Raised in Palm Coast, Florida and an Army veteran, she handles all of our accounting services here at Coast to Coast. She brings several years of accounting knowledge, creativity and outside ideas to the team. She is customer oriented and is here to assist owners and boards with their accounting needs!

Dana was born and raised in Central Florida and attended the University of Central Florida for Business Administration. She brings several years of banking, administrative and customer service experience skills to the team. She handles all of our day-to-day activities and is one of the people on the phone when you call during office hours.

With over seven years of experience providing high-level executive assistance, she specializes in administrative support, data management, and workflow optimization. She is recognized for her strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach, making her a tremendous asset in our fast-paced and demanding environment.
Administrative Support Team

She brings over 30 years experience in client services and office administration. Donna assists in all areas of client needs as well as administrative tasks. Donna works part time but compliments our office staff so that we are never without coverage. It is often Donna whom clients will be speaking to as she is our front line staff.

Local to Palm Coast for over 35 years, she brings organizational skills and strong administrative capabilities. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and has served in a few major journalist positions to include the Daytona New-Journal, Sarasota Herald and Flagler Sheriff’s Office.

He is a Web Designer and SEO Specialist with 7 years of experience in optimizing websites for performance, visibility, and user engagement. With a background in accounting, I bring a data-driven approach to digital marketing, ensuring strategic growth and measurable results.

A U.S. Navy veteran, brings 25+ years of expertise in business development, real estate, and homeowners’ associations. His extensive knowledge and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to our team, helping communities thrive through strategic growth and strong relationships.

Maintenance Support Team

A Florida native, he brings experience working for HUD and government residential maintenance and repair. He has over 15 years of experience in property management to include working for high-end general contractors in Tampa Bay using various skills to include painting, drywall, flooring, remodeling, appliance, pool operations, HVAC and more!

Local to Flagler County for over 40 years, he brings over 40 years of property maintenance and repair experience with lots of local general contractors and other vendors around the area. He is best known for painting all throughout Flagler County, but he also comes with extensive experience in drywall, texture, and general maintenance!
